6 Reasons You Are Eating Fruits the Wrong Way
Fruits are the gift of nature. However, 90% of people consume fruits the wrong way. Due to this, they not only get incomplete nutrition but also invite digestive problems. The sad part is that even after eating the healthiest fruits on the planet, they fail to get the benefits out of them.

1) Eating fruits after meals
Fruits shouldn't be eaten after meals, as they can cause bloating. Fruits have a quicker digestive rate as compared to grains.
2) Cutting and storing fruits
We love to cut and carry fruits, mostly while travelling, to avoid eating junk food outside, but the cut fruits already lose their nutritional value. Fruits should be consumed within 20 minutes; otherwise, they can cause acidity.
3) Not eating seasonal fruits
Exotic fruits are in fashion nowadays, but we should always stick to local fruits as they are pure nectar for the body.
4) Always drinking fruit juices
Are you one of those people who loves to drink juice?
Well, there's nothing wrong with drinking juices, but fruits benefit the body more, as juices lack dietary fibre (which enables smooth bowel movements).

5) Combining fruits with milk

6) Eating fruits at night
Many people think that fruits are healthy, so they can be consumed at any time of the day.

It is recommended not to eat fruits post sunset, as :
a) Fruits are sweet, and they can cause weight gain.
b) They may cause acidity and disrupt the sleep cycle.
c) They may cause heartburn.
So, develop a habit to eat fruits before 6 p.m.
